Terms and Conditions for Fleetra Inc. – RV Rental Services

Welcome to Fleetra Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our RV rental website and rental services. By accessing our website or renting an RV, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

By using our website or renting an RV, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Legally able to enter into binding agreements

  • Providing accurate and complete information

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation
    All RV rental reservations require a valid payment method. Reservations are confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Fleetra Inc.
  • Payment Terms
    Full payment must be received before vehicle pick-up unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.
  • Security Deposit
    A refundable security deposit is required. This deposit covers potential damages, deductible obligations, excessive cleaning, mileage overages, or late returns. The deposit amount and refund timeframes will be specified in your booking confirmation.
    Please note: The security deposit will be processed within 7 days after the end of your trip, and it may take an additional 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled pick-up date are eligible for a refund minus a 4% credit card processing fee.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund.

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Credit Card Processing Fee

All refunds, including full cancellations, are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee to cover non-reversible transaction costs.

Fleetra Inc. reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances or vehicle unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a refund without a processing fee deduction.

4. Rental Requirements and Responsibilities

When you rent an RV, you agree to:

  • Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Use the RV for personal recreational purposes only

  • Return the RV in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the RV for any illegal activity

  • Transport illegal substances or goods

  • Sublet or lend the RV to others

  • Smoke inside the RV

  • Take the RV outside approved geographic areas without written consent

Violations may result in additional charges or termination of your rental.

5. Insurance and Liability

Fleetra Inc. Insurance Policy

Fleetra Inc. maintains commercial insurance coverage on all rental vehicles. This policy includes a $1,500 deductible per incident, which is the renter’s responsibility in the event of damage, collision, or loss.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Any damage, theft, or loss up to the $1,500 deductible

  • Damage or loss not covered by insurance (for example, due to prohibited uses, gross negligence, or violations of the rental agreement)

Personal Insurance

If you have your own insurance that covers RV rentals, you may provide proof of coverage before your rental begins. Fleetra Inc. reserves the right to approve or decline third-party insurance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleetra Inc. is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss or damage to personal property inside the RV

  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fleetra Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the RV

  • Violations of any applicable laws or regulations

  • Breaches of this agreement

6. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our RV rental website, including text, photos, logos, and design elements, belongs to Fleetra Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Modifications to Terms

Fleetra Inc. may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.
